You can either roll one D3 to generate each litany randomly (re-rolling duplicate results), or you can select which litanies the model knows. A WOLF PRIEST model that does generates an equivalent number of litanies from the Litanies of the Fang (they cannot generate litanies from more than one litany table). ![]() In addition, a WOLF PRIEST model in a SPACE WOLVES Detachment can know litanies from the Litanies of the Fang, instead of knowing litanies from the Litanies of Battle. A WOLF PRIEST cannot be a CHIEF APOTHECARY, and an APOTHECARY model that does not have the WOLF PRIEST keyword cannot be from the SPACE WOLVES Chapter (or one of its successor Chapters). If a CHAPLAIN model is from the SPACE WOLVES Chapter (or one of its successor Chapters), it has the WOLF PRIEST and APOTHECARY keywords. As a result, the litanies of the Space Wolves dwell as much on the bodies of their warriors as on their souls. ![]() The Chaplains of the Space Wolves are known as Wolf Priests, black-clad mystics who fuse advanced cybernetic chirurgy with shamanistic rites of death and rebirth.
